Which photos should I send?
Include one photo of the whole area and a close-up of each issue. Add a size or measurement if it helps explain the task. Attach the photos in your email app.
Does sending a request book a visit?
No. Your message starts a scope review. The work, materials, price, location, and schedule need to be confirmed before a visit.
What if my project needs more extensive work?
This service is for minor, non-structural repairs. If the task needs a permit or a specialist, we will tell you that it is outside this small-project service.
