Straight answers

Choose the right request route.

Do you take both home and commercial door requests?

Yes. There is one booking route for every property type. Add the property type, the ZIP code, and the door details when you start.

Do home and commercial requests use the same booking route?

Yes. Both start at the same booking link. Choose the closest service, then the scope is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Do you repair doors that stick, sag, or will not latch?

Yes. Those problems are often caused by alignment, hinge, strike, or minor jamb issues. Photos of the gaps, hinge side, and latch help identify the right repair level.

Are doors and hardware included in the labor price?

No, unless the written scope says otherwise. Doors, hardware, paint or stain, delivery, and disposal stay separate from the published labor prices.

Where does Knock Knock Contractor accept requests?

Residential and commercial door requests are accepted from selected ZIP codes within Alameda County, Contra Costa County, and San Francisco County. Location and schedule are confirmed before a visit.

What happens if hidden damage appears?

Work pauses. The condition is documented and the scope is revised in writing before any additional work is approved.
